If Jagged X had anything to hide or was doing anything that went against the rules do you really think they would post a build thread about the race car with detailed photos of every step?
Oh, and is this car going to have 4 wheels on it? Because I always build my cars with 4 wheels so you must be copying me.
Good job on the build guys, keep the pics coming.
What part of me saying I don't think they are cheating didn't you understand!
maybe the fact that they have ran my arms on the last 2 cars they built had something to do with the similarities ( insert a smiley flipping you off here) lol
What part of what I said accused YOU of saying they are/were cheating?
(Insert smiley with your lips on my butthole here.) lol
I don't know maybe this one......"If Jagged X had anything to hide or was doing anything that went against the rules"
Where is the little popcorn eating smiley thing? Mike, Settle down Na! Brian, Settle Down Na!
Brian, you know we always try to build things to the edge. This car is no different. We analyzed the rules long and hard before starting the build and we are totally inside of them. I know that you know that we don't cheat and never would.
Mike, I have known this Brian for a long time, He was on the scene from day one. He builds great stuff. Always has.
There is definately a broad opinion of what or where the UTV racing world is or should be right now. As for us we want to see it keep growing. We will keep raising the bar as far as we can. The thing i love the most about the UTV class is that it really is one of the only classes that is changing with the times and with the industry.
Let's keep it growing.

Well said!Great build and the UTV's are definitely speeding up. My 840 teryx is no longer big enough and it has less than a mile on it. I am already trying to plan bigger just to keep up. As the class grows and the UTV's evolve, I hope that someday the industry reaizes that there are tons of older machines, I have one too, that could be raced in a "vintage" UTV class with something like a 750 or 800cc limit. I just hate to see all the cool cas of two years ago collecting dust because they are no longer competative. Where would desert racing be if we did not keep adding classes to accomidate the cars that were class one five or ten years ago. If we did not consider that we would have class 11 and class 1. Hopefully the UTV's will do the same with something like:
Vintage: single cylnder only
sport: Up to 800cc
Pro: Open to it all
Enought of this, let's see some more pics of the 900 that is the current threat for the silverstate.
Honestly, I was personally pushing posting this "build thread" and it has resulted in far more negative than positive...as suspected. The build is moving forward without issues and with Casey Folks blessing...but I honestly see zero reason to post anymore pics as they have mostly been met with negativity from people that honestly have exactly ZERO to do with BITD desert racing.
It has been a personal learning experience for me...I thought it would be good, but honestly I no longer see the point...just as I was told before I started it by several different people. In summary, I likely won't be adding any updates...it will be available for viewing at Silverstate.
