Really appreciate that Greg. Sounds like you guys are doing great out there. Your new green machine is one beautiful baby. Let us know if there's anything we can do for your team. Thanks for the support.

I ordered a set about 3 weeks ago from sxsindustries...still waiting on them:)

I apologize about that BigJim. If it was the 12" wheels you ordered we've had a overwhelming amount of orders come in for those and we're just now catching up. It's quite possible that they may have went out yesterday seeing as though we shipped about 75 wheels out. Please let me know through this thread or give us a call at 785-749-6011 and we will do our best to help you out. We definitely want to take care of our supporters so let us know what we can do.

Best,
Dylan

I have a question??? Are these a 3 piece wheel? As in do you bolt the 2 wheel halfs to the billet center? Or are they 1 piece with a billet center? I guess what Im getting at is if they aren't wide enough for my liking can I just order a couple of new wheel halfs?

They sure are a 3 piece component wheel. That way if you were to crack a half after the warranty was up you can simply buy that one half, or if you even wanted to have several different off-sets you can purchase the halves separately. If for some reason the off-set you receive isn't to your liking give us a call and we would be happy to send you the correct halves in exchange for the ones you ordered.

That sounds great!!!!

They are our new 14" Dual Bead Lock Dakars and they are retailing at 399.99. Give us a call at our factory, 785-749-6011 if you're interested and we can discuss setting you up. So far we've had nothing but great things said about them. The LSR Racing team runs them on all their UTVs and said they've had collisions were they thought for sure the rim was destroyed when the wreck occurred and it ended up they didn't have a scratch on them. We'd love to put you in a set of them. Thanks for the support and any questions just give us a call or submit a reply on this thread.

Best,
Dylan and Team HiPer

best looking 14'' wheel on the market.especially if polished, rock those on the 420 teryx& play rhino.

maybe they hate you? lol

Im sure they do too...

When I got the wheels, they already had tires on them but they were brand new. Basically someone else mounted the tires and thats how I bought them. They were great for a few races. The next few races I had were complete mud races. With Snowflake 2009 (the second muddiest race ever) being the beginning of the end. I got a flat tire there. Washed the race car when I got home, as it took about $100 and 100 hours. I finally decided to change the blown tire. Well apparently, most people put anti-sieze (so Ive heard) on all the bolts. These wheels didnt have any put on them. After removing the inner and outer rings, I had broken 9 bolts on one wheel trying to remove them. Next became the tricky part. Getting the broken aluminum pieces out. Everything we could possible think of was used. It simply came down to having to drill them out to the exact size with a drill bit. Well, one thing led to another and a few worked out but once or twice we ended up drilling through the carbon wheels. and a few others were drilled too big...

Now I was down one wheel...

The next race, I ended up with another flat tire... Same result...

Another race into the season I had another flat tire... Yes, a lot of flat tires. I have 5 hipers... atleast two had holes drilled into them from broken bead lock bolts. and yes that is not hipers fault...

Could it be I had some bad luck with them, yes. Is it all hipers fault? No. Many have told me to ditch all the aluminum bolts for steel ones....
