thats what i was thinking tooYeah, either Lee or Cory Sappington. Cory checked my SR1 over already so we can make the necessary changes....
I have to add a crossbar to my side of the roof, an X brace in my driver's door (I had a diagonal bar....but with the greater speeds, they wanted it a little beefier), a couple of gussetts and a wider front bumper.
I am sure that at the first round they will let everyone know if they need to make changes - and what changes to make.
Gary, since your drivers door doesn't open, I would like to think they will allow it to be the way it is......no one is sitting over on the passenger side during a race, and I can't imagine anything hitting you hard enough in that side to come all the way across to your side.......they might just be concerned that is stays shut during a race.
got my lucas race number 802Talk to Lee Perfect at Lucas. That way you'll know before the first race hopefully.
