JUST CURIOUS ...
WHAT ARE THE ACTUAL GAINS FROM DOING A 686 KIT.
WHAT IS THE BEST POWER ADDER KEEPING RELIABILITY?
MY RHINO IS STOCK BESIDES PIPES,CARB KIT,CDI AND SHEEVE.
RECCOMENDATIONS WITH SOMEWHAT OPF A BUDGET IN MIND?

Can't help to much but I have heard of people getting like 50plus hp if you have a good port and polish/cam also depends on compression also. I have been in rhinos with a 686 kit and it was night and day compared to my 660 but then were people with them that I can stay right behind them and not get pulled on at all. Also reading up on another site you can get a good kit installed for like 2500 to 3000 give or take depending on how intense you go with the build. Hope this helps alil there are diff thread up on another site about 686 kits

They can break donw what motor options are best to go with and explain reliability.

Benchmark could do the same!

Jason Weller told me that my 720 motor will be stronger than my stock motor was when he is done wih it!! Reliability will be there!!

Can't go wrong with either place ! Weller builds some crazy motors which are used in some of the big dogs in the racing scene. Pro shop and benchmark I have heard they build a SOLID 686

my 686 runs with bigger RHino motors all day long, and has been reliable.
over 1500 miles on the whole motor and 800 miles and 4 short course races on the 686 part, with stock rod and crank too!!

we have not touched anything, except a cam test change before the last
M4SX round ( when I lost the rear wheel)
