Based on these photos and video it looks like a VW style rear trailing arm with King Shocks. Check out these images I grabbed from a few videos posted online.

This looks like 2 new 2016 units with the plastics removed.

So far i like what i am seeing.

Any further details?

Anybody know when the Arctic Cat dealer show is? would expect they will unveil then.

The show is the end of this month. I just hope they announce a release timeframe. I hate all the secrecy. Let me know when it's coming and I'll wait for it.

I may be thinking to hard about this but........ Last year a photo was floating around of a Wildcat with Kings on it. Coilover and Bypass in the rear. Everyone dismissed it as "Wet Dream". Than rolling into 2015 Robby Gordon makes the move to King for his TT program. Than later Robby enters a partnership with Artic Cat. I am guessing the deal with King included supplying shocks to Artic Cat for what's being coined #TheNewWildcat.

That looks like a fun ride! Add some King shocks to the mix and a 130hp motor and you could have a showroom floor desert destroyer.

One thing AC is not afraid of doing is putting some decent shocks on their rides. The limited Wildcats have the stage 5 Elkas.

I agree, I like the prospect of it, will just need some vast improvements in the power train department over the current wildcat line up, time will tell i suppose.

they better change allot there drivetrain sucks ballz. pretty sure king shocks wont help there motor and crappy power steering.

When the new one is released It'll have a divorced trans and different motor.. keyword is when...

I dont think Cat has done too horrible contrary to popular belief for coming out with their first product in 2012, leading the way with a long travel setup compared to the competition, then releasing a 93+hp model a year and a half after the first year not to mention the constant improvements to the fullsize every year, followed by a 50inch then 60 inch model within 3 years of its first release of and ROV... Polaris /Can am took longer and they're at least double the size of cat manufacturing wise not to mention the budget for their R&D dept....

You will only get a teaser at the show for what Robby and Todd are working on.

I would expect Z1 engine, King shocks (maybe dual with bypass and coil over in rear), Method race wheels, & maybe a 32" tire.

That sounds super bad @ss!

Wonder how long it will take them to have it ready for production?

Price tag is probably scary too lol!

Maybe I have bad eye sight but it only looks like one shock in the rear not the two that were rumoured earlier

If it has a Z1 stock, does that mean it's a buggy and I don't have to wear a helmet in glamis? Would be bad ass either way.

very cool to hear, although suspension was never the Wildcats problem.

It will be great to see what they bring to the table at the dealer show

I heard that RG is designing and building an entirely new platform in house, and that upon its completion and successful testing, it will be turned over to AC where they can begin the process of tooling up for procuction.
