Hope ya get the car back soon, hopefully before the upcoming holidays Be careful with that motor though, it may be bullet proof but the Tranny, Transfer and Diffs are not

LOL.. Yeah I'm working on that also George.. I have new axles and CV's, new diff baskets and as for the trany, well I still need to find some to see what could be done to make it stronger...

Update from Nate.

Last Friday he had to oder more tungsten from K&T for added clutch weight. So it should be in today and back in the dyno for the final tune and numbers...

So stay tunded today should be the day !!

OK here is the latest.... Via Nate.

He's going to leave it at 13lbs @ 100hp for break-in. Then i'll bring it back in for a tunup and then its on like DONKEY KONG !!

Mine was making 107hp to the wheels. It was fun while it lasted. Dont push it to far you will just be stuck in camp drinking beer. Lol

Well as it seams I still do not have the car back.. Now as of yesterday there is a clutch issues and they working with k&t since it there clutch.. Nate said that the clutch do not like all the hp.....

So once again I sit and wait..

Ok so let me fill you all in on where the Blue Peral is at.. We left off at clutching issues with wrong parts, had STM send the right one got it on and back to the dymo she went. Nothing, she still does not like the HP or the boost. So Nate had to make some calls and ended up sending the computer to Queen to get re-flashed. That came in , back to the dyno now were back at 10lbs at 101hp and thats all she will allow. Now its at the point of trying to find the right diods to lower voltage to allow the computer to run with higher HP and Boost. So as of lask week friday thats where were at.

Maybe I should see if there is a way to piggy back a 2009/2010 computer onto my 2011/2012, anyone heard or seen anything like that ?

Here we are as of yesterday... New Valves, Seats cut installed and ready to go back into the motor. Motor should be back in car Tuesday and back on the dyno....

Tom we did it cause we needed to have a motor in a 2011 800 4 that would do 125+hp and push 15 psi. This motor is BULLET PROOF.

So Nate happened to have the same modle and yr rzr there for some work. He started pulling parts to replace on mine untill they fond what was the issue. Well they pulled everthing down to the bare motor. So Nate said pull it. They got it in and BAMM !!
It worked like a champ, 13 psi pull after pull on the dyno
well over 100hp and not one issues... So they pulled my motor aprt to find the valve issue....

So all in all they were looking for a electricial issues and thats what all the feed back was saying they got back... but it turnd out to be this.. So tomorrow I hope to have some good news.. If not the 800 with be converted into a NA motor and the new 900 xp I have will take its place...

Keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for some good weather here in the next few days....lol...

OK. Here we are today. Car is 90% back together and were just waiting on a new head gasget from Munzzy for what ever resion are slow as hell to get stuff mailed out... Should have it up and running Mon/Tue with some dyno numbers..

So with that said, does anyone here in Riveriside know where I can buy race fuel at ?

Ok well as of the end of today the motor is all back together and back in the car. They were able to get it running right before they left for the day....

Car will go back on the dyno and we should have an outcome at some point tomorrow...

Well last text I recived from Nate today was the car is on the dyno and running strong and holding at 11psi and they where moveing up to 13psi... So here I sit and wait....
