Tire ?? Grip versus Slip

What are your thoughts on tread patterns. Sizes front and rear versus weight. 12" versus 14"?

I am thinking too aggressive can cause problems. What about more grip up front than on the rear?

14's pinch the sidewall too easy! And they also weight more.

So for this purpose it would be racing worcs and or Lucas ........

14" that bad, I am sure everyone has a opinion.

I kinda like the look of the Goodyear MTR....not to aggressive.

The bighorns are a little aggressive I think ?

So the question is slip or grip ??

Wayne the goodyears are discontinued but can be found. There is a bunch of us going to run and try them at lucas. They are super light weight. I dont think ide run them in worcs at all. Ask me next week and i may have some goodyears cheap for sale!!

I HAVE 14" GOODYEARS. THEY ARE VERY HARD & WEAR QUICKLY. I PINCHED ONE SIDEWALL ON THE REAR. REPLACED IT & PINCHED THE OTHER SIDE. AROUND 600 MILES ON THESE TIRES. WENT BACK TO MY ITP TIERRACROSSES WITH 2500 MILES ON THEM & LIKE THEM A LOT BETTER. NOT RACING, JUST PLAYING.
