RZR 4 Over Heating

My 2011 RZR4 is over heating due to the radiator fan isn't coming on. Is there a fuse for the fan or something else that's not making it turn on?

two little vent lines (between the passenger side rear seat and the exhaust) are melted. Just need to find the melted vent hose and splice in new hose. Is it blowing oil too?

Maybe not the same problem but worth checking out

If the fan isn't kicking on then its this relay. On the rzr4 its under the rear driver side seat. Gets wet and is toast. Its the fan control relay.
