Hey guys, for today's product review I installed some of Desert Molding Concepts' Heavy duty light bucket springs on Joey's XP1K.
From the factory the stock RZR headlights can jiggle and bounce excessively, causing distracting flickering in the light pattern. The fix for this is to address the super soft light bucket springs that come stock.
Here is the DMC Product:
The install was super straightforward, and if you get stuck (can't imagine how you could) there is a detailed install video on their site:

To start off you just remove 8 of the 10 Torx head screws holding the black plastic front fascia on. You leave the bottom two loose but still installed so that the whole front clip can tilt forward.
There are three stock springs on bosses that allow you to aim the headlights. loosen the three screws but don't remove fully. You can really feel how flimsy they are.
Finally, remove the screws fully, one at a time, and replace with the new spring/damper combination. DMC includes a washer for under the screw head for extra support, a very nice touch since were upping the spring force.
The headlights have a really nice solid feel to them now and don't bounce or move in the way they did stock. These upgraded springs still allow full headlight adjustment as well so you can aim them if need be.
All in all this upgrade is a nice, inexpensive way to firm up your headlight mounting and improve your nightime riding experience. Great Stocking Stuffer too!
