PALA RACEWAY will not take over the SABOBA GP!! Just not enough time to set it all up!! They are working on getting a series going at this time. GP or Short TRACK not sure yet! Do you guys want to run on the MX Tracks? Hope to see all you guys @

For Pala, I can't speak for everyone, but I personally like GP style races, (4 mile loops, mini baja, not supercross). I'd never do a shortcourse race unless I had a utv made for it, but anyone can do a GP. I'm no expert, but I think there are already alot of places to race short course, but no where to do GP's. I think GP's would get a bigger turn out because you'd be the only one doing it, you wouldn't have to pull people away from other series. I think people like that type of format, but no ones tried it in a series. It works on the east coast. That's just my humble opinion, what do others want?

So what really happened to the GP? Did the tribe back or the guys that put it together get burned out on it?
Promoting a race is a tough & time consuming ordeal, you really have to be into it. Maybe if someone called Ken it could have been saved...just a thought.

Dont worry PALA RACEWAY will carry a GRAND PRIX SERIES! and also waiting on the 2nd annual PALA GP!!One of the best times in my life,and I was full of mudd!!

"UTV class will be going bumper to bumper for their share of the $20,000 Soboba Casino purse. 2009 showed to be epic as the utv class had 50+ vehicles at the awesome land rush start! Along side the racing will be pro pits area and vendor row always packed with your favorite foods gear and parts booths."
Well guys it looks like it is official and UTVUnderground.com will be playing an official role with the Soboba GP again!!!! We have been asked to head up the UTV Long Jump Contest along with Magnum Offroad in addition to our industry best UTV race coverage!
To keep everyone informed and to show everyone how awesome the last event was at Soboba I have created a section dedicated entirely to the SOboba GP. Now you can go through and check out all the info and pics from the 2009 event where we launched UTVUnderground into orbit!
I will be sure to keep everyone updated on the latest from Soboba!
As of now it looks like there will be a 6.35mile course!

I couldn't find the rules/requirements for UTVs on the official site. I might want to do this, but my Teryx doesn't have doors and I was wondering if I could doing the orange plastic netting I saw for one of the other races.
