Metal plate instead of green sticker from dmv?

was up guys, well i went to a place that does all of the dmv stuff for u then want back a few days later to pick up my paper work and my "green stick" but they gave me asmall metal plate like the ones on street bikes that u pay once a year with all my paper work, did they make a mistake, is my rhino some how street legal , or is this how the dmv does it now?

Sreet legal? I think that is wishfull thinking. You would be seeing rhinos on the way to work and one would be mine

yea they did mess up i took it back to them and a few day later they gave me my green sticker, but yea when they gave me the plate i told them that i needed a green sticker and they told me that the plate was what the dmv give them, thats y i was thinking that they gave plates
