Thursday 6/6/13 Johnson Valley

I may do a quick, late notice day trip to Johnson Valley on Thursday. I'm gauging interest. Weather will be low 90's and it may be the last chance to ride here before the Summer weather takes over.

Edit- A few people have sent me private messages and texts saying they may be interested in riding on Thursday but don't want to ride Johnson Valley. I am open to riding wherever. I don't mind even doing Miller Canyon again if that's the only place people are interested in. It seems to be the most popular spot lately.

The ride is set. Three of us so far. We are meeting at the AMPM at the Bear Valley exit in Hesperia at 7 am. I plan to hit up the dunes for a while and, time permitting, head over to the rock crawls. We will most likely be camped at Soggy dry lake bed for those that may come from the 10 (east county) rather than the high desert (Hesperia).

It may not make a difference but we are going to be done fairly early. One of the guys coming has to be back to Ontario by 3PM. He is working a 12 hour shift all night, lol. We'll ride from about 8 to 2. If people want to ride longer we'll head back out after dropping him off at camp but at least you would know we are returning to camp around 2 for sure.
