Is there a way to make a RZR4 sxs Street legal in CA?

the simple answer is NO...........there may be loopholes but reality is you cannot do it in CA.

Actually there is a way. You have to be one of the first in the door with your mods on your SXS (turn sigs, horn, DOT winshield, bumpers, DOT tires, etc) at the door in the CHP office with proper paperwork from the DMV to register as "SPCN". They only hand out 500 of these a yr. I have seen already a handful of rhinos on the road. Pretty cool. There is actually a streetlegal in Cali rhino for sale right now for 17k. I can provide the link or just go to the DMV website and do your research.
