Places to ride?

So I’ve had my RZR s for a few months now, 7 , and really would like to know some good places to take it on day trips. Usually I’ll wait for long weekend trips to take it out but the itch is getting way too big to wait that long between rides.
So my question to the Underground is where are some good places near Los Angeles that are utv friendly. Technical, fast, hills, rocks any sort of riding will do. I’m about 5 miles from Long Beach, just to give an idea of my location.
Joey’s Bee Canyon pics in the LT commander sparked this question for me. I’m thinking of checking that trail out. Anything I should know about that trial?
Any help or suggestions would be awesome.

MILLER CANYON NORTH OF SAN BERNARDINO BY LAKE SILVERWOOD IS A GREAT RIDE. LOTS OF POSTS HERE ABOUT THAT RIDE.

Lucern Valley, Johnson Valley, Jawbone, Red Mountain, Landers, Gorman, etc. Lots of good people on here with good places to take your hot rod. Plus don't forget about making the trek to the dunes...Pismo, Dumont, Buttercup and Glamis are all within reach (though a long reach).

Come out and ride with us in Frazier Park on the Miller Jeep Trail to Alamo mountain run, June 11th. YOu can meet La Familia members and ride a technical, hilly and rocky trail. It's probably only about 2 hours from you or so. There's a thread on the forum for sign up. Take care, Dave

Thanks for the replies. I'm in the midst of putting a new cage on my rzr and want to get out soon. I'd love to do the ride on the 11th but I'm going to be in Tennessee for a convention. But in the near future I'm going to take that offer to meet up with some of you and ride. Again thanks for the help guys!
