my Maverick custom intake, its complete 1/8/13

yeah yeah i just cant leave anything alone. So i had most of the parts in my garage, i just needed to pickup a 2.75" x 3" silicone adapter hose to connect from the throttle body to the 3" tube.

I had a new 4" AFE filter and outerware in the garage and it fit perfect under the hood so i made an adapter for it.

first i made a splash shield to keep water and mud off the filter.

that looks trick, hopefully i can get my maverick back quick so i can do something similar.. any pros or cons yet.?

i completed it and buttoned up the fenders. Eff those clips i didnot put any back on. I will need to use one just in front of the tilt column though.

i did run it down the street a few times and at 65mph foot to the floor. I did not notice it running differently. Must be on the computer where you see the lean condition.
