FYI, these would not be a good fit for stock heads. They are intended for applications with bigger valves and especially welded intake spigots.

you are right Chris. I mentioned this to Murray at Muzzys and here was his response....

"The comment made by s2k1 is partially correct. Cost per HP goes way up if
you're only running the stock heads. The billet throttle bodies still
increase performance with stock heads, but they truly shine with
modified heads and intake(s). We've had big valve Teryx heads
available for a while that were limited by the throttle bodies, but
not any more.

We're working very hard in R&D to offer a complete performance upgrade
path for Teryx owners. The Teryx motor has tremendous potential so
stay tuned for more performance goodies in the very near future."

Muzzys has been working hard to dial in these Teryx motor mods. I know Bronco Dan Kelly has been running some Muzzys stuff and has had some good and bad luck. At the end of the day Muzzys is one of the few out there really dedicating R&D dollars to improving the performance of the Teryx. We should all be thrilled!!!

The 46mm throttle bodies were designed to fit the stock 09 manifolds or the welded spigots we use on our ported heads. When using the stock spigots you will get best performance by opening up the manifold and port. These were designed for highly modified engines, but you will still see improvements even with a stock engine with the limiters raised. We are currently testing on our fully modified 916cc engine and the power pulls right to the 9500 rpm limit that we are using

By the way, nice looking part! No harm intended by my original post on this thread. These will be nice for people with hot Teryx motors.
