Attention Drivers,
We want to thank everyone who made the trip out to Tooele, UT with us. Miller Motorsports Park is a top notch facility that we will definitely be visiting again in the future. We brought a great show to Utah and we think the locals will definitely be coming back for more.
Along with all of the exciting racing there are also some protests and penalties that need to be addressed. Please take note of each situation below:
- Sunday Limited Buggy Main -
#377 Quentin Tucker was moved back two positions for passing two cars under yellow flag conditions.
#325 Kyle Lucas the call regarding him rolling the #392 Curt Geer was reviewed and it was decided that the black flag stands.
- Saturday Pro 2 Main -
#46 Carey Hart - The situation regarding him and the track worker was reviewed and dismissed without penalty due to the drivers perceived immediate safety concern.
- Sunday Pro 2 Main -
#36 Rodrigo Ampudia switched positions with #54 Robert Naughton due to a rough driving incident.
#48 Ricky Johnson was disqualified from the race due to endangering on track safety officials and unsportsmanlike conduct on track.
#21 Rob MacCachren received a 10 point penalty for an unsafe exit from a race vehicle on a hot track.
-General Penalties-
#99 Kyle LeDuc received a $200 fine for presenting a credential that was not his own.
#43 Curt LeDuc received a $400 fine for presenting an improper credential and inappropriate conduct towards an official.
Ryan Busnardo received a $500 fine and a two race suspension of his license for unauthorized access to a hot track and inappropriate conduct towards an official.
***All fines must be paid in full prior to participation in any future events***
While we want everyone to have a great and exciting event, we also must make it clear that safety and order are our top priority and continual abuse of the rules of the series will not be tolerated.

In addition to the previously addressed protests and penalties, the following was also assessed:
- Sunday Pro 2 Race -
#48 Ricky Johnson protested an incident on the track with #21 Rob MacCachren. This protest was brought to the CRB and the ruling was #21 MacCachren would retain his 1st place finishing position, but #48 Johnson would be given the 2nd place finishing position instead of 3rd place due to him being spun from the incident with #21 MacCachren.
Due to the fact that #48 Johnson was disqualified from the race for another incident, he was awarded nothing for round 8.
