and some times slow and steady is better, due to listening the voices in my helmet ( my husband ) over the radio to go FASTER, I broke my back going over the rollers @ Elsinore on May 2nd before they fixed it for the race!

Pat told us about that, bummer. Isnt avoiding injury why were racing in cages.. glad it wasnt worse.

Sometimes you gotta switch that voice to the OFF position.
