Maybe in a few month , work right now is 6 days a week for me . Maybe a Sunday day trip but will see .
For a weekend trip I would think maybe yes , unless you own a gas station .

There's also the Jamboree Nov 8,9,10 at Ocotillo Wells.

Johnson Valley would be about the same for me. KOH is on my list but I don't have an RV so would be freezing my ample butt off.
I dont have an RV also I sleep in the back of my pickup with a good sleeping bag.
