I have a 2012 Polaris XP 800 Ranger.(wifes). Water got in rear end/transaxle assembly "only found this out when she complains of new sounds coming from rear".. Drained and 64 ounces of Nasty chocolate milk looking goop. Driving for while after 2nd flush and a "BANG" lost High,... used it lightly around house and "Double BANG BANG"!! Locked up Transmission....
Just need advice, do i attempt this myself??.. ( most mech i have done is fuel pump and fluid changes.) Do I take to Dealer? (one hour away). Or take trans out and send off for rebuild?
Thanks for any advice.
Tater.
