I want to start racing could anybody help me out to when races are how much fees are and what safety stuff I need for a Polaris RZR I don't really want to race the tracks more want to do off-road but If I had too I guess I would pleas help thank you very much.

Still a broad question but better;) All race org. have there own sets of rules that need to be followed as well as there own fee structure. Most of them have a pdf. of the rules on line that you can down load. Some of the small local stuff you can sometimes race in a stock class but usually some safety stuff is required.
Things such as
4 or 5 point harness's
Welded roll cage "not a factory bolt together"
Window nets
Fire extinguishers
Fire suit and helmet
ect.
Jagged X sells a race package that comes with the required stuff that I think is tailored for BITD so it should work just about everywhere. Your best bet is to do a ton of research as well as figuring out what type of racing is in your area. Going to some races and checking them out as well as getting involved helping out a local team can go a long way toward dialing you in and saving you a ton of money in mistakes.
Hope that helps some.

Where are you located? In So Cal there are a ton of options for racing... If you want desert, an affordable series that is going on is the "Pure" series ran by AVE... their website is www.averacing.com Lou post on here a lot, it's probably the most affordable desert racing around and you can put a ton of miles in on a weekend. Good luck
