FLAGS FOR EVERY HERO

My sons and I got up early to support a great cause. Flags For Every Hero is a group that makes sure every fallen hero gets a flag placed by their headstone for Memorial Day.

For many Memorial Day is a great day to BBQ and have some drinks. It's important to remember those who have fallen to give us the right to make bad choices. I felt like this event was a good way to explain to my boys what this day means.

We had a great time. Tons of people came out to help. Here are a few pics of our morning.
