Thanks for the in car. The motor is a sv 1000 v-twin, finally getting it to work the way I want it to. Still have other things to work out.

Got another cam shot but you are flying by me like i was still .... sure is a fast ride trust me. when we are doing 55+ and you must be doing 70 +
Always love racing the SR1/ class car ???

Hey Jay, not sure how the performance differs as I have not ben around the other motor. But I can tell you this motor has torque and has been reliable. I have beat it pretty hard, 3 seasons duning, last season BITD, 2 races this season on the same motor with no mods or repairs besides normal oil changes, chain maint. Can't forget the hours of rigorous testing at Jean lake bed.

Sorry about that Joe. I did not finish until almost midnight. Here is some more pics. I still have many more pictures.

What happened to the Redline Revolt? How far did they make it? Noticed some pics on Trackside Photo.

I think on the way to stageing they had elec. problems, we passed him and I'm not sure they were able to fix. I am not sure if they even started.

Yeah Redline had issue with melted wiring to trans, but trans went out short distance into race.

I made it to mile 165 before I called due to a cracked tranny case and no fluid. Beat the lower skid plate off first. I burned up a crank sensor harness in the transfer section to the start line, and it was flawless for hours of testing in Lake Havasu two days before. Hats off to desert racers and BBSS300 finishers!! Great job. Never had a clue what I was in for when I went from MXing my Riot in N. Texas to endurance racing in the desert, but I'm learning. Who'd a thunk it, elevation changes and rocks in the desert.... Dooohh!!
