Baja 1000 2012 Thread.

I dont think 1802 is still in it. The Rhino is 20 miles from the finish. The 1802 should have finished if they had a 6 hour lead.

Rusty, how do you know 1802 didn't finish?I have a email out but cant find anything about results for these cars yet.
Also 1805 needs to pick it up if he is goimg make the time cut off.
It sucks that 1806 got that far and possibly broke.Hopefully its a tracker issue.

Someone on RD posted 1802 finished sometime this morning? I watched Malabanans video, sounds like that thing had a snowmobile engine in it.

It has a Yamaha Apex motor mated to a XP transmission and is still a 4x4 although it is run in 2wd most of the time.
Does anybody know what time they actually left the starting line?Im guessing they have until about 10;00 am pacific time to finish.
I have a ton of things to do but I guess I will be staring at the computer for atleast a couple more hours.lol

Way to go Thomas Graves!

I'll bet you guys he shows up to KOH again this year with that same Rhino!

Still curious of 1802 did it finish this morning? did it not? I can't find any concrete info on race-dezert. I think may have wrecked early in the race which could be the lack of tracking. Spent some time with this car so I'm really wanting to know where it landed.

I just watched that also.Great job 1803!I think 1805 has 2 hours to go 50 miles.
