AB 1595 fix for SxS Back Seat Law - UPDATE (8/16/13)
I am pleased to announce that SB 234 is finally headed to the Governor’s desk! It was approved by the Senate yesterday on a concurrence vote of 38-0. Senator Walters' staff will be drafting a letter the Governor this week and also contacting his staffer so we can get this thing signed ASAP!
