The BlueWater Desert Challenge will be October 11-14, 2012. The date for start positions was Wednesday, September 26. The BWDC is a two-day event, you will race on Saturday and Sunday with your times combined for one time on Sunday, awards will be Sunday eventing at the BlueWater Resort & Casino. We look forward to seeing you in Parker, AZ as "The American Challenge Continues!" Time Trials for Classes 1000, 1100, 1400, 1500 & 7200 will be Thursday, October 11.
Congratulations to everyone who made the draw. The entry list and draw order are in the race file! We have added Class 1000 to the Time Trials, letter in the race file. We'll see you all in a couple of weeks in Parker, AZ!
Rule Change, Class 1000 - 2.4 Direct Injected Engine, engine is legal as of 10/1/12. Restrictions are as follows: 2.4 GM Ecotec with Direct Injection will need to run a restrictor plate purchased, installed and sealed from Turnkey for the remainder of the 2012 season and all of the 2013 season. Best In The Desert is supporting the Romney/Ryan ticket. We want to do what we can to show our support and rally the off-road community to vote a Republican ticket. We want to keep the freedoms we still have and we believe that is by voting a Republican ticket.
