Does anyone know the front end weight and rear weight of a mostly stock xp 900 2 seat? Im trying to figure out a good starting spring rate for my front end but its already torn down for me to weigh it, help is appreciated

Not sure on the 4 corner weight of a XP900, but I'm pretty sure the duel springs that Walker Evens is putting on the XP900 2 seat with Needle Valves shocks is 300 over 350.

I also know a guy who re-valved his Fox shocks and he did a single 300lbs spring. I think it was a 14 / 2.5-300 spring.

The spring rates are so great, because the front shocks are laid down to far.

My issue is i fixed the shock angle moved it to a 47 degree average and am going to run 2.0 10in stroke fox coilovers and need to know a close front end weight to calculate my spring weight since there is so much less force on the springs now

I'm wondering, since your shocks are going to be longer than the stock shocks, couldn't you divide the above-mentioned spring rates by the percentage that your new shocks are longer than the originals? example, 10" divided by 6" = 1.6
300/1.6 = 187?

The problem is i changed the motion ratio alot and figured that out i just dont know exactly how much it weighs at the front
