Polaris WON'T CRANK

Was out this weekend and just cruising and it just died. Towed it back to camp and when you turn the key nothing. Replaced the battery with a working battery and the lights and everything on the dash seem normal but the starter won't crank any ideas???

Check the wires on the back side of the key. Had one come off and that was it
