WEATHER IN IMPERIAL VALLEY TODAY

WOW. THIS MORNING THERE WERE SEVERE STORMS IN THE NORTH END OF IMPERIAL VALLEY. THIS AFTERNOON THERE WERE SEVERE STORMS ALONG THE EASTERN EDGE OF IMPERIAL VALLEY. 1" HAIL, BLOWN OVER BIG RIGS, KNOCKED DOWN POWER POLES, NUMEROUS VEHICLE ACCIDENTS, SAND PILING ON I-8 BY OGILBY & A BUILDING ON THE ROADWAY NEAR HOLTVILLE.
2" OF RAIN IN 15 MINUTES IN HOLTVILLE. OVER 3" OF RAIN IN THE MOUNTAIN RANGES BETWEEN I-10 & HWY 111.
