Three things that should be taken from this;
1. If you're close to the situation have someone else write the notice, helps take the personal emotions out of it.
2. Type it, delete it, retype it, delete it again, re-type it, delete it and rethink it, re-type it again, then see number one.

Whether it be a handshake deal or under contract buisness realtionships will sometimes fallout. Look at James Stewart and JGR parting ways, happens all the time....just let someone else do the writing.

Hmm odd. Ive seen Tim at every Worcs race and he has been nothing but a good representitive for Racer Tech. Tim is a stand up guy. Good luck Tim and we will see ya in Anza.
