Are you telling me that, like us, Craig gets only limited technical assistance from the Polaris engineers, and that their race budget is not supplemented by Polaris? I find that hard to believe, given Polaris' market share in the UTV industry, and the guys with the ties' desire to maintain said share. If you say it, I will believe it.

And I mean no disrespect to the abilities of any team out there, I openly patronize the teams that you mentioned here in this forum. I feel that Branden has mad crazy driving skills, and the ability to read his machine at any given time. The Murrays have a continuity about them. A cohesive goal, and determination to reach it. Coastal has one scary fast car, and experience to boot. But in my opinion, nobody currently racing in the pro sportsman UTV class has the driving ability of our driver. Put all of the UTV drivers in spec cars, and Marc will prevail, in a desert racing situation. I'd bet my beer drinking rights on it! Add in one of the most well thought out and built chassis out there, and the "package" is nearly bulletproof when it comes to overall speed, and as of late, reliability. Building of our car put aside, I am Marc's weakest link in the chain. I had little to no experience coming into this program in regards to maintaining and preparing a race car for a series of any kind, but yet here we are. I'm like the skinny guy with a huge friend in a bar fight. I talk crap, he backs it up!!

Blake (Brandon's co-dog) and I were just talking the other day about how much more fun the racing is, now that the competition has stepped up, versus when we drove around in the desert by ourselves. We want to RACE wheel to wheel. I had a blast battling with the Brandon and Coastal for the lead at the Mint, had a great battle with Coastal for the win at the 1000. I was having fun working my way up at the IV250 until the wheels fell off our wagon. Doh! Brandon has absolutely no pressure on him in terms of racing. I actually don't either. We are just having the typical new car teething problems, like everyone else has had. But we will get them sorted out, and be back to our winning ways.

I don't think any team has more fun than JX. The pranks, schnanagons, jokes, and good times flow from the moment we all get together during a race weekend until we head home. The on and off track rivalry with Cognito is other-worldly. I really enjoyed talking to Mark Burnett at contingency last weekend. He is a good dude and his persona is WAY different than the way his team is portrayed here on UTVUG. He just wants to go racing and have a good time like the rest of us. Joey said that the same goes for Reid when you talk to him in person, but I haven't had the chance to meet him yet.

I obviously hope Jagged and/or Polaris wins this Saturday at the Silver State, but I also hope there is some epic wheel to wheel racing out there. Let's continue to get cross over from BITD to SCORE and vice versa in order to grow UTV desert racing. Good luck to all on Saturday, be safe and for God's sake have fun! Because it should be fun. After all I had to say, you choose to mock me instead of enlighten me as to how right or wrong I am. Perhaps it is how you deal with pressure. Is it that difficult to open a dialogue with me?
