Beware of RTPro. Their nerf bars are defective and they refuse to act with integrity.
This forum is not the place to go into detail, but here's the short version:
I purchased a set of nerf bars from RTPro for my XP 1000.
1. They shipped the wrong parts.
2. It took almost two weeks for them to ship the correct parts.
3. When the nerf bars finally arrived, they were defective. One support bar was 1" short and the driver-side nerf bar was welded incorrectly. The fit was not even close.
4. The company finally agreed to authorize a return and refund my money. It's been almost two weeks since they received the returned defective nerf bars, as agreed, but they now refuse to fully refund the original purchase price.
5. Contacting them is almost impossible. They seldom answer the phone and never (if my memory serves me correctly) respond to emails.
Eventually I'll resolve this issue with the help of my credit card company. But the incompetence and lack of integrity of RTPro is disappointing and confusing. Considering the importance of social media, most companies are very careful to maintain good reputations. For some reason, RTPro doesn't care.
I'm posting this warning so others will not experience the same as I did.
