Rear Trailing Arms - Cognito, Racer Tech, Holz, HCR, Lone Star...

Next item for the build is rear trailing arms so I'm looking for some feedback, reviews, pros, cons, etc. I'm not set on the manufactures listed so please feel free to chime in with any and all options... Staying with standard travel and I don't race, ride in a variety of areas from hard pack dessert, Moab rocks, sand dunes, and high country.

Holz trailing arms are 8 pounds lighter total. As long as you have a 5" back space wheel or less you will be fine. But you cannot run a stock rear wheel. They also have a mud guard that bolt to their arm.

FYI, the current photos on our website have not been updated to the current revision. We have a mudflap sorted out for the LT version, but have not completed it for the Standard travel version. But it is coming.

Everyone will have their personal preference, but my Lonestar arms have been flawless racing and on my trail rigs. Also lifetime warranty and they really do support the sport. It would also be safe to say that the majority of the desert racers run LSR as well.

Completely agree with you about Lone Star and their support! Heath helped me out with some axle questions and really took the time to give me detailed information! 100% quality customer service with Lone Star!

Weight and aesthetics with everything I've seen from Madigan! I'm finding more and more that products are out there but not advertised on websites... Magnum Offroad and Madigan definitely catch my eye with their products but neither advertise standard travel trailing arms so I sincerely appreciate the feedback Joey!

FYI we are running CEM arms which are +2 I believe in our race machine. They are light weight and proven having been designed and ran by Jagged X. CageWRX also offers them. They are awesome!

I have always loved the look of the raw arms after tig welding! Talk about a row of dimes great welds!
