Premium Filtration Here!! (XP900)

We have been working with R2C for some time to bring their filter technology to the XP900. Flat panel filters are more of a challenge in the off road arena and we addressed the critical areas of concern.

First was filtration... The unique synthetic material used in the R2C is like no other, it is a dry element that is serviceable, and does not need special cleaners or oils. It is highly efficient at 99.97% versus similar stock paper elements which are in the realm of 98%.
Servicing is simple and straight forward, for most standard service the filter can be blown out from the clean side with compressed air, or vacuumed off from the dirty side. In sever cases it can be soaked in a soapy solution, then rinsed with clear/clean water.

Second was fitment....... We spent countless hours reviewing and pin pointing some of the issues with the stock intake system, and many we have addressed. Unfortunately there wasn't many options for quality filtration beyond the stock element. It to had it's limitations, being paper it is subject to damage and does not do well when subject to heavy dust loads or water intrusion. And of course once it's dirty and clogged it's not serviceable, you throw it away and buy a new one. The other issue with the stock element is the filter lip or seal, dimensionally it was not quite thick enough to create adequate compression leading to leaks past the seal in certain situations. This has been addressed with the R2C creating a positive seal of the air box greatly reducing the risk of failure.

So if your looking for a filter that exceeds stock specs, is serviceable, highly durable and needs no special cleaners or oils, the R2C should be one you should consider.

Have them in stock...... Ready to ship.
Regards,

Bought two of these filters for both XP4's. Have yet to the test them, but the quality looks great and knowing how well R2C's filter eliments work, and with DMC getting the filter lip a bit thicker. I'm sure this filter is going to be a huge improvement over stock. Plus the idea that it's reusable and no oil! Our first real test will be another Baja trip in September.

Instead of asking and waiting for a PM for price, just check his website. It shows they are $58.

Thanks Nikal. We have been working with R2C for over a year to get the thickness of the lip right. We are real happy with the outcome. Let us know how it holds up to your baja run.
