Production UTV

So my buddy and I are thinking about starting around production UTV business and I want to ask you guys what you think the minimum number of UTV's allowed this before it's considered a production like Polaris or Honda. And what do you guys think should be the rules on the UTVs for making it race ready

for production i think it should be about parts more then anything. can i get the parts easy or is everything going to be special order and what a month. or can i order it over the internet and pay to have it overnighted to me. production should be 10 utvs but parts for 20 of them frames/motors/trans/rearends/arms/shocks etc. dont be like those pepboys quads you cant get parts for
