James Hill was one of the first guys to chop up a Rhino into a race car back in 2006. James has been racing ever since. For the past 10 years James would battle with the best the industry had. Last year he decided to step away from racing and focus on his fab shop IMG Motorsports. IMG was growing and they needed a larger shop. So James sold his #91 Can-Am and focused on the business.

As the 2015 season approached James wanted back in a race car but he was not going to be happy just racing another Can-Am. For all these years James kept his original Rhino in the hopes of doing something with it one day. So James and the crew at IMG converted it into an SR1. The SR1 class is based on Rhino chassis with a Yamaha R1 power plant. Banging through gears at 10,000 rpm all while sliding around a turn 3 inches away from another race car is where James belongs. Most people would be content with this for their first season back. James wanted more, so he looked into racing other series. Terracross uses spec Polaris RZR XP1000 units on a modified MX Style track but with a twist. These races are held in stadiums in front of large crowds. The tracks have over/under jumps, joker lines and massive tires and logs to navigate. Another unique thing about Terracross are the drivers. Its an invite only series and there are many top athletes from a ton of different action sports categories. Trophy Truck drivers, Snow Mobile racers, Pro2 and Pro4 drivers to professional radio hosts. This series is designed to put on a show for the crowd and CBS Sports. James will be in the #91 Polaris RZR for the 2015 season.
James is looking forward to getting back in the swing of things. We expect big things from James this year and are glad to see him back.

Nice!! AAAAAA the good old days of the National series, some good times and huge learning curves.... Can't believe you held on to your Rhino, pretty cool making it into an SR1 car. It was a blast running that OG series, learned a ton and met some great people.

Good luck, hope you have a good season.
(Don't Nerf Me Bro!!) Lol
