Well it's the calm before the storm. Racers are through tech, the Underground is in our hotel in Beatty, NV near the start and we are all ready to chase the longest desert race on US soil!

Ill try to update as often as I can and always appreciate the updates here from those of you at home watching the tracker.

Looks like the boys are off the line. I can tell you that the visibility is likely zero at this point.

Yes tracking. Go to racetheworld.net or google 'IRC tracking.' Click on the 'flash tracking' icon on the RH side. Up will come the map. Select 'class 1900' and then 'select all.' The Ute's will come up on the map. You can zoom in and out. I zoom all the way to 300 to get a better understanding of what is going on. Also it is very imperfect, eg if you scroll over the car/car number you will see a little pop up that shows when the last time it updated. And for some reason some cars update faster than other giving a false reading. Eg...Scanlon in 1931 (my car) is only updating every 15 minutes or so. But from what I can tell it looks like Murry is still in the lead but Cognito and Brandon JX 1919 are catching (1919's co-dog is barfing and will get out at pit #2) Cory is holding his own. Badassmav is WAY back, despite all of the bragadocio. Kiger/Holz are mid-pack. Looks like one of the SR1's is hauling azz. That is all I know at this point.

Hi Tim:
Blake is now in 1919 and Jason Spiess had to get in the RH seat because Landon was barfing. So that is why they lost time at pit #2 then they fueled at pit#3. Keith and Alan are in 1931. Craig and Big Bill get in at RM #220. Both JX cars are through pit 3. I texted Craig to let him know that the tracker is messed up and to check the connectors on the back of the box at the fuel stop. Who know if it will come back. IRC is great when it works, but it seem like it doesn't work as often as it does. Which makes it $300 rip off to rent it for half a day. I can't believe how far ahead the Murry's are. Clean air and good driving! But you are right there is a lot of racing to go!
