Rear cv joint popping out the diff. have tried everything and nothing works please help need to make current set work really don't want to do all new set up

Set UP, 5+ arms, stock oem outter cv joints. gorilla inner cv joints with summer bro. axles with circlip on the outter axle and no circlip on the inner axle the splines on the inners are 5"long.

problem
bought the car 2 trips and seal on diff. started leaking replaced the seals and cv popped out next trip, axles were to long had them cut to correct size. Bought new cv joint circlips, Got limit straps (full droop and started lifting tire until I had axle movement and then set limit strap 1" smaller) checked for plunge on inner cv's, got the gorilla shaft that goes inside the diff. between the cv joints and has circlips on both sides and still cv joint popped out (seal started leaking first) . drilled and taped the shaft inside the cv joint and countersunk the cv joint and put a countersink screw on each side of the cv joints.

took the car out and the diff. started leaving again, the head to the screw on the passenger side was broken off the threads and the threads had comeout (i used red locktite) no damage to threads on shaft

out of ideas, called gorilla and they said I may need a brace for the differential or gusset kit something about the diff can move around allot. and last option wold be to put a screw through the cv's.

All input is welcomed thanks

could the cv joint or star be bad and isn't letting the cv rotate properly and pulling the cv out. (making the cv not balanced and pulls out the circlip?)

Where are you located? I would be happy to take a look at (no charge) if you brought it by the shop.
