Polaris Newbee needing tuning help-

I am heading to King Of Hammers in January and trying to get RZR 900 tuned correctly, just installed Trinity stage 4 dual exhaust, and EFI fuel programmer, got it all installed , I live in Louisana, and no service guys around me, can any one explain a little in detail how to set the fuel controller, instructions are vague that came with it. Polarus is stock other than exhaust and efi controller. Anyone have the same setup as me?

Thanks

The Trinity fuel controller is supposed to be set up to use with their duals, and the k&n paper element you probably have that came with their kit. I had some issues with some weird codes on the last kit i installed on an XP so i got a number and tech guy from the company that makes them you can call with any questions. ill go search now....

Thanks guys for the help, I did call them and basically they said I have to find a tuner service person in my area, or just use the controller as it came in the box, I am uncomfortable about this, so I just picked a air fuel ratio meter from jegs and idleing its at 18 and running hard its at 16 this seems way to rich I know for trucks/cars air fuel should be around 14.5 for best performance non lean cases and I also read somewhere that the rzr's should be somewhere between 11.4 and 12.5. Last night I adjusted what I think were the three modes that the controller does and did not see any change on the numbers, so I put it back to factory and tryng to figure what to do next. I am at sea level so usually this makes things run a richer than higher elevations but I don't think it should be this much. I know lean is bad but to rich will foil plugs and may cause detonation also.

18 is very lean! The lower the number the more rich you are running. Always better to run rich than lean as lean you run the risk of misfire and engine issues.

Your correct I was confused a little with the numbers and all the reading I've been doing, so with that said though it seems the controller is still not doing something correct its running very lean then. I guest I'll call trinity again see if they can come up with any ideas.

Thanks

I just looked up Trinity's address and we're going right by there on the way to KOH or I could run it up there the week before.
