I love Hipers and have a couple sets for my Mav and had an OG set on my 08 Teryx. Great rims. However, when I purchsed my Mav rims, I never received any decal stickers to put on my Mav. How can I get a few decals?

I know this is going to sound rough, but, are the centers of these wheels stronger than the previous designs? I did not get 60 miles under race conditions before the center broke out of one, and cracked in another. And this was with no impacts to the sides. Other than that, I really liked the wheels.

We have not had a single person, not even a racer break one of our
Billet Centers. The Fusion Centers will be even stronger than our standard billet. We have had some people go the cheaper route and buy the cast centered wheels, and used them in applications that a billet is recommended. In these scenarios, we have had people break some centers. In further testing we found out that majority of the centers that broke, were due to improper heat treatment from our vendor that does powder coating for our centers. We have since then see that problem go away. We also increased the thickness of our cast centers to give them close to double the strength of previous generations. We also went ahead and put together a one year warranty that covers any of our wheels that break due to any manufacture defect.

I do have to say, that hyper warrantied the broken wheels, no questions asked. What do people think about these wheels in a bitd application?

We have one of our racers that runs BITD "Michael Swift", that uses the new cast on his scrambler that has not had any issues with it. He also uses the billets on his RZR.
Now we always recommend billets for all racing applications, but if his not breaking his cast. There is no way someone is going to break our billets in BITD.

I ran Hiper all last year in racing conditions and absolutly loved them!!!! Those new Fusions look amazing!!!!!!

#side note: If you already have one of a current styles of 14" wheels, the center is inner changeable. Think about upgrading your centers to the NEW HiPer FUSIONS. How can I get some decal sticker's? will ther be any at the Sand Sport Super Show in Sept?

The only issue I've had with mine is I bent a spindle on a very hard impact and ran it long enough on the way back to camp I just about cut the rim down.It's a little thin on the inside bead.It has nothing to do with Hiper just the goober running them. lol If it would have been a cast rim the impact would have crushed the rim.I bought them to save on some weight after buying Pittbull Growlers.
I have a very cool quick release spare tire mount prototype for you Long distance racers.I talked to Joey a while back.I have one more issue to work out and I'll post it.

Glad to hear that you were able to make it all the way back to your camp. I got to hand it to you, that must have been some serious driving back to camp with a bent spindle.
