Bones, just order a stick of the correct o.d. stock from Grainger and make your own, or another option is oil impregnated bronze (oilite).

machinning plastic takes time and as to be done slow so you dont melt the plastic. this is what i found

Ive never had any problems machining delrin, good sharp tools and proper speeds/feeds.

UTV Inc's set up is a deal at 100 bucks.

bones what arms are on that car, thats what is gonna make the call. mostly everyone local used kartek delrin, i think theyre still around 7 a piece though
