We have done lots of desert racing on 3 different beadlock wheels, ITP t-7's explode on impact with a big rock, had a pile of broken wheels I just took to the recycler. Walker Evans work good for us as long as you weld the inner bead stiffening ring on, but their beadlock bolts should be 5/16" not 1/4". Hypers are where we are at today and work really well for us, have not had any big issues yet in about 1300 miles of desert racing. We got on their racer program which lowers the price substantially, call them and inquire.
