Need Advice on used UTV

OK guys I need some advice.

I've got a Rzr s that has a snowmobile swap( weber) with a turbo. It plain out hauls ass and is almost as reliable as stock. 130 HP with rear trailing arms. Fun but still trail ready but I am wondering if its time for a 4 seater.

I'm thinking of trading for a 4 seat conversion Teryx 09 or newer with long travel and get a few thousand cash. I could use the cash to pay for some home improvements. I want to know how does a LT Teryx ride compared to a stock t2 like my dad has? Also is it fun or does the added weight of cage and more bodies kill it. I mainly ride desert and hard dirt trails/ mountains.

I love going fast but the more I think about it, the more I want to get out and ride and it seems like a family vehicle is suitable for the near future. I would love a RZR 4 XP but I do not want a monthly payment and thinking if I trade my Rzr and get some cash I can kill two birds with one stone. I guess what I am really asking is will I be happy with a Teryx. Its hard because I have never ridden in a Long travel Teryx. Im wondering if it is night and day like the RZR 50" to S was.

ive ridin in a rzr, teryx, and polaris ranger 800. i also ride dirt trails. johnson valley. basicly sold my jeep to get into utv. i dont fit in the rzr, except the jagged x, and the 1000 aint too bad with the new dash, so the teryx is super comfortble. long travel is a must. but if your like me, and you only ride dirt desert and mountain tralils you might want to consider ranger 800 used, or the new ranger 900. it fits the bill, and will not destroy your wallet. for us its between the rzr 1000 or the teryx 4. im hoping to pick up a 2012-2013 T4 before KOH. good luck on your decision. i hope my non-expert info has helped.

I am definitely looking at more sport than ranger. Im coming from 130 HP turbo Rzr so I need at least a Teryx.

A lt t2 has 14 to 16" of wheel travel so a better ride than a rzr s. But.power wise you will be down quite a bit unless u find one with a 840 kit. I loved mt LT T2 but if you want a 4 seat I would go with a t4 with lt there are a couple nice ones on the teryx forum for sale.
