Well the new Maverick is real nice looking there is no doubt about it. It obviously performs well also. However, on Thursday night Dec. 27th anyone at Olds would have seen a stock XP with paddles consistently beat a Maverick with paddles by a car length or more. The cars started from standstill at the bottom and both drivers hit the whoops hard (almost both losing control) but the XP won 3 of 3 head to head races. These guys both pushed their respective machines to the max. My observation is the driver and size of his balls has a lot to do with the outcome of such races. All in all good fun and I am certainly impressed with the new Can Am offering.

Primary clutch bolts sheared off after 10
