So long day didn't go as quickly as I was hoping for but still got a bit done finaled the front and rear suspension with axles installed... Got stock wirring back together and wired up the fuel pumps along with the lights and all the dash components.... Still have a bit of wiring to do but it is closer...

Can I see some pics of the rest of the back of the car. Trying to get ideas for the cage for my apex car. Looks great doesnt seem low budget though..haha

Not sure if this is what u were wanting, as for the budget it i s a low budget build in the fact that I am only a fire fighter and by no means make huge amounts of money and it can be done if u shop around and work hard and do as much as u can on your own.. View attachment 9797

Very productive day got alot of things finaled and buttoned up and now she is officially on her feet.. Just safety lights to wire in and a few odds and ends almost ready for wrap photo shoot and testing #utvunderground #utv #bitd #offroad

Your going to need STM Clutches if you want to stay up with the top runners...

Those stock clutches aren't going to do the job...

The build is SWEET...

Looking really good. Its amazing how much time all the little stuff at the end takes! When your building the cage you can look at it at the end of the day and be like man I got a lot acomplished today. You look at it at the end of the day wiring and your like man what happened to the last 10 hours? LOL

You going to race the SS 300? That will be our first race and I hope to see you out there.

stm clutches are really nice but no cooling and dont work great on heavy vehicle with stock motor.

Ya we are going to test the car in a week and then do the pure series race as a shake down race not sure about making thee SS race or not... Most likely going to try and do the Vegas to Reno

Ya we are going to test the car and figure out the clutching after testing and the first race we will make sure everything is dialed in and break into the motor and clutch

I want to put a big thanks to everyone that has given input and helped us throughout this build process... We still have along ways to go but feel like we are very close

Not hi jacking your thread this is another way of doing the wiring... , built on the bench. This is a harness that has all the goodies for desert racing. This one happens to be a wildcat. It has provisions for driv/pass parkers, roof and bumper lights, 2 rear lights , gps, radio, irc, and siren. Has fuse block located next to stock location, also has a dash harness that connects to it.

That looks good ya I finished all the wiring in the car myself made a custom wire loom for everything and is removable without haveing to cut any wires... It took awhile to do but I made sure it was done right and clean... View attachment 9850View attachment 9851
