WORCS RACING ROUND 4 2015
Havasu is such an amazing place to race!!! Crazy Horse in Lake Havasu played host to round 4 of the WORCS series, hoards of spring breakers and a record 1500 racers. When asked about racing in Havasu Mike said "The environment is great but the track is rough. Deep sandy ruts in the burms and rough desert sections make this course very unique. The lagoon jump is always fun, before the race this year the jump seemed a bit sketchy. The track crew addressed the concerns and made some changes."
Mike grabbed the Hole shot and lead the first lap until a mechanical failure and got the Rzr stuck. "Rear axle failure made the car very difficult to drive." Mike drove the next 2 laps with front wheel drive only, brought her in to the pits and my amazing crew got me all fixed up and out of there in 3 minutes. I ended up finishing in 4th.
Mike Gardner still has a solid 8 point lead for the series. Next stop is is in Hurricane, Utah, April 17-19.
