Looking for places to Ride... TX, NM, OK, CO, KS.....Anybody?

I 'm originally from Southern California and used to do a lot of riding in glamis and Parker, AZ.

I not live about an hour northwest of Lubbock, TX. There's not very many places to ride out here that I've been able to find. There are some dunes in Kermit...

Two years ago we went on a big trip to Panguitch, Utah. That trip was great but the drive was way too far to make a yearly thing. Anyone know of any good riding areas in TX, NM, OK, CO, or KS?

Preferably something with cabins for rent or lodging nearby.

There is some pretty awesome riding just north of Amarillo. Along the Canadian river. No facilities but may make a good day ride from your location.

Little Sahara State Park are probably the best dunes in the south. Waynoka, OK

Syracuse Sand Park in KS

And I Haven't ridden here but there is also Escondido Draw in Ozona TX.

We ride Red River, Nm, Cloudcroft, Nm, Platora, Co, Gunnison, Co and day ride at Kermit Sandhills. Cloudcroft is a great place to ride for a long weekend.

Are you interested in any crawling type riding? There is quite a bit of areas for that.
