just got a new miller tig welder!

just got my welder setup in the shop and tested it out for the first time, works awsome! this is my first time to use a tig welder.
any tips from some pros on how to lay a roll of dimes?

if your using a tig then find a nice comfortable seat it will take some time to get us to the foot pedal

its the new diversion 165 it has a hand control from the factory but i will get a foot pedal also later on. i noticed that it gave me a tan line from where my glove was. i need some sleeves next time

yeah its mine i was duning and broke the upper ball joint so i took the tire off and drug it back to camp with a local back hoe. drove to witchita ks 4 hour drive with my uncle to johnathan goodwins shop and he was the only guy around with one... drove back tried to put it on and it was the lower. had to drive back, and he didnt have one in stock so he took one off his personal 1000hp duramax powered h1 he built. he just gave it to me free said he has been there... he is an awsome guy, he is on you tube with his new fuel injection stuff some how he makes his hummer 1000 hp duramax and it gets 28mpg, it is awsome

PRACTICE, play scraps, try changing you heat,I beleave your freq is fixed, not sure about post flow and ect. Change your heat by 5 amps at a time, start with your amps at the thickness of material. What rod are you using? Get some super missile rod, it with most materials and lays down great. Practice feeding the rod smoothly. GOOD LUCK.

Wow, small world! We are very good friends with Jonathan, infact, he is the one that taught my brother (MAGMIKE) to do the Hummer Duramax conversions. Good guy for sure! Keith also!
