I ITHAPPENS New Member Jul 25, 2012 #1 Highlifter has now come out with the 28x9.5x14 and 28x11x14 outlaw 2. It is in my opinion the smoothest riding mud tire out. It will fit on most utvs with just a small if any lift on it. Has anyone on here seen them yet?
