Hello all. Im new to the utvs and only owned quads before but Im in the market for my 1st utv and cant decide. Im looking for something that can help me out around the house but also go trail riding and has some getty up and go when Im with the guys and on straight shots. I would like to have a 4 seater for the wife and kids but Im fine with getting a extended roll bar and bench seat for in the bed. I also want something that isnt very large in size as some of the trails behind my house are smaller. I like the honda 700-4 but only being a 3 speed I dont think thats what I want. The Kawasaki Terex has a 4 seater but Im not sure about that either so thats why I was thinking about the Gator RSX and the Yahmaha Wolverine and getting the bed bench seat and roll cage when needed. I would love to hear some recommendations. I know Honda is coming out with the 1000-5 Pioneer but with pricing upwards of 20k thats more then I want to spend. Right now I see my options being the Terex, Wolverine and RSX gator, is there anything else to consider and look at that would keep me under or around 15K?

I can't imagine the Honda Pioneer 1000 is going to be in the 20k range, i could be wrong though. If you truly want a 4 seater, i think i would shy away from getting a 2 seat and then putting seats in the bed and extending the roll bar, those style vehicles have already been outlawed in California.
